So my first outfit post was pretty daunting. I messaged my friend Pete about getting some photos for my blog and we organised to meet up. The first time we had to cancel due to bad weather, of course, but the second time it stopped raining and we decided to go for it even though it was dead cloudy.

I wasn’t really looking forward to it – I don’t take many photos of myself so for someone to take them of me in a public place was just, ergh. But it was great! Pete’s really talented at what he does and made me feel at ease, and we had such a laugh.

The Outfit
The look is basically my comfortable weekend attire that doesn’t involve me being at home in my joggers. I’m obsessed with bomber jackets at the moment and especially love the colour of this one. I threw it over a simple baggy tee and Topshop Joni jeans for the relaxed vibes that I normally go for. My grey Nike Roshes are my little loves and weekend buddies when it comes to running around the shops or days out. I also grabbed my bf’s Carhartt beanie last minute and loved how it turned out. My beanie collection is pretty extensive but I’m always happy to add another one to the collection (sorry Howe!). I’m really into smaller bags and crossbodies at the moment instead of the larger ones that I normally lug around, and I picked up this little beaut on a whim in HnM. I immediately fell in love with the colour and have had more use out of it than I expected. The only issue I have with it is that it’s annoying to open and close sometimes.

Here’s to more outfit posts! It wasn’t as scary as I thought.
